That’s a thing....definitely a tractor underneath, but I can tell you the top ‘pickup cab’ is not a pickup at all, but the front half of a ZAZ-968M Zaporozhets, which was a Soviet rear-engined car (featured on old Top Gea r once , famous for having a removable ice fishing hole in the floor! :P)
